| Car was originally sold on June 23, 1964 at Rosenthal Chevrolet in Arlington, VA to John T. Collins of Washington, DC. Collins kept the car for ~ 2 months (with less than 1000 miles), trading it for a '64 Shelby Cobra. Richard Murphy, the sales manager of the Ford/Shelby dealership, bought the car for his wife. Ms. Murphy drove the car (lovingly....) for the next 24 years until selling it to Larry Hauver (Fredrick, MD) in 1988. Garry and Char Eastwood (Scottsdale, AZ) purchased the car from Hauver in 2005 |
